  • Dry Sample (Low Moisture Content) Minimum Sample Size: 500 grams
  • Hydrated Sample (High Moisture Content) Minimum Sample Size: 1000 grams

Nutritional Limitations

If the product contains sugar alcohols, the sugar profile might be affected based on the current methodology used at AGQ Labs USA. We will reach out if there are any concerns.

Based on the current methodology used for the determination of Total Fiber by AGQ Labs USA, samples containing SDFS (Water soluble Dietary Fiber that remains Soluble in 78% ethanol) are not measurable. Samples containing resistant starches are either underestimated or overestimated.

Added Sugars is not considered in the report, this information must be considered by the client.
