Jeff Briceno Castillo

Lab Director
Jeff, with 14 years in ISO 17025 labs, excels in accreditation. For 6 years, he evaluated ISO 17025:2017 standards, partnering with Costa Rican, Honduran, and Dominican Republic labs under ECA. He joined AGQ Labs in 2019 as Lab Director, armed with a chemistry degree and a Master's in Atmospheric Science.

Gabriel, a native of Bakersfield, California, brings a grounded perspective and strong work ethic to his role at AGQ Labs. He holds an A.S. in Plant Science from Bakersfield College and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Cal Poly Humboldt. With a deep commitment to agriculture and environmental stewardship, he plays an integral role in ensuring reliable sample collection and field consulting. His combination of academic training and practical experience makes him a valued and knowledgeable member of the team.

FDA Account Manager
Rudy brings over a decade of experience in FDA compliance, food safety, and market strategy. He joined AGQ Labs in 2024 as FDA Account Manager, leading efforts to strengthen regulatory compliance, refine pricing models, and expand partnerships across global supply chains. His background spans life sciences, analytical testing, and entrepreneurship, including three ventures that enhanced his operational and market analytics expertise. He holds a Master of Business and Science, a Master’s in Nutrition and Food Biotechnology, and a BS in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and is a member of the Competitive Intelligence Alliance, RELIVAF, and RedCTI Guatemala.

Magalie Arredondo holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a B.A. in Spanish. Rodrigo brings over three years of customer service experience to AGQ Labs, supporting clients in the Food Safety and Agronomy divisions with clear communication and reliable coordination from sample submission to final reporting. With a degree in Media and Arts, he adds value through his skills in videography, photography, and design, enhancing client engagement. He continues expanding his knowledge in analytical testing and customer relations to further strengthen AGQ Labs’ service and partnerships.
